Members

The Minnesota Chapter of The Eighth Air Force Historical Society has more than 400 registered members, including World War II veterans from the 8th Air Force, the 9th Air Force, the 15th Air Force, the Naval Air Corps, and the Marine Air Corps. Associate memberships have been granted to a number of younger men who were not involved in the war.

About 40–60 of our registered members are actually active and attend the weekly luncheon at the American Legion in Bloomington.

The 8th has an annual Xmas dinner at Mancinis Char House in St. Paul, held the lst Sunday in December at noon. This year 111 people were in attendance. The MC was Bob Clemens and the guest speaker was Ken Wofford, Col. USAF Ret. and a former Tuskagee airman.
